This design utilizes trays and rolling racks with 35 shelves per rack, which can be rolled from your walk-in freezer directly into the Cryo Cure machine. This freezer features 4” wall and ceiling panels. Each NSF-certified panel is constructed with insulation, 0.040” aluminum, and ¾-inch plywood reinforcement. The ceiling panels are LAG-down, manufactured with U.L. Listed, Class 1, Non-CFC foamed-in-place polyurethane with tongue-and-groove foam rails. The floors are not pallet jack rated. The ceiling panels are rated at 40 lbs.
